• June 10^th, last day of oral abstracts submission.
• June 1^st, last day for early registration with reduced fees.
• August 20^th, last day for poster abstracts submission.
• July 1^st, notification of abstracts acceptance for oral presentations.
• Beginning of September, last annoucement.

In the case of cancellation (after June 1^st), cancellation fees up to a maximum of 150€ will be charged.
